It worked exactly 365 days. Then battery is not charging. Switch not working. Sometimes suddenly it works and not able to stop. All these happen after 365 days. The battery and switch should be replaceable and to be available as spares in Amazon.

Does exactly the work it's supposed to do, but could do with a little more powerful motor. Often end up waiting too long for a bottle to fill.

Been using the Konquer TimeS KTS Automatic Water Can Dispenser for a while now and it works really well for daily use. Installation was super easy . The build quality feels decent and the buttons respond nicely. Very convenient compared to manual pumps, especially for kids and elders. Overall, a useful and affordable product for home or office use.

We ordered this on July 7th 25 and it was delivered by the 9th — super quick! We've been using it for about 11 days now, and honestly, it's been great. One of the best features is the automatic cut-off after every 2-liter refill. So even if you forget to turn it off, there's no water wastage — super handy. From what I’ve seen, one charge lasts through about 4 cans. For our small (nuclear) family, that means we only need to recharge it about once every 6 days, which is super convenient. Edit- its been 9 months and now seems the battery has an issue and times it stops working though charged.... life span is ~ 9months to a year

The product when it works is good..since it stopped working under warranty, the seller was prompt in sending a replacement product without any hassle .

Its an amazingly great, compact, smart and easy to use solution for small offices and kitchens. Its a very efficient, space saving and convenient design where the full size dispenser may not be feasible, despite its size it gives quick access to clean drinking water, without creating any mess, its easy to operate and very cost effective plus very easy to assemble. All in all a smart product in a very reasonable price making it a great product useful for hostels, small kitchens and work from home set ups.
