really recommend them to support your immune system or when you are getting through a cold/virus
have been using these for years and think they really support your immune system. it's all plant based so i am not worried about putting lots of chemicals in my body. only thing to note is that they have alcohol in them. not to the extent to make you feel drunk but don't take them on an empty stomach in the morning. there is a kids version which i assume doesn't have alcohol in it but not sure, haven't tried them. i personally also believe in these drops more than the capsules you can buy...

Effective remedy
I am using this remedy to unblock sinuses for many years. It always works. Shame you can’t buy it at chemists in the UK. Luckily there is Amazon online store.

Dropper Method Annoying and Slow
The dose is quite large - 50 drops 3 x per day for an adult. The drops weren’t that easy to extract and it was frustrating having to stand waiting for the amount of drops that I needed to be fed from the bottle dropper. A syringe, pipette or even measuring cup method would be more effective. It smells and tastes fine and is ok value for money, and I had no side effects, but they were a bit of a pain to administer so I kind of gave up in the end, so I can’t attest to how effective they actually were.

Good and helpful product
Its works for me but you have to have some tables also from the same company. It’s very painful during the period you are not feeling well. How to use: it’s 50 drops with 300 ml of water, 3 times a day for adults !
