Works fine for me
Not seeing the issues others are complaining about. My phone has only failed to charge once, and that was due to me accidentally bumping it off of the sweet spot. iPhone XR in Otterbox case.

Wish it had a second USB "external" charge port
Got this for my desk, so I could plug a couple things in, and not have to use my laptop/the usually sketchy USB ports on the power strips. (The ones built in, that usually have weird ratings, like "I can do 3amps, but that's across all 4 ports combined, so really only .75amps/port). I have my S21 (work) and my Fold 4 (personal) charging throughout the work day, and they charge pretty quick, as well as my Garmin Vivo Active 4 on it's charge cable to the "external" output. It would be nice to have a QC3.0 compliant (or PD) output as well, so I can also charge up my tablet/external battery pack and not have to jocky wires. Tablet charges slowly off the power strip charger, and barely off the laptop dock.it's easy to hit the wireless chargers with the phones, and generally I don't have to think too hard other than "drop it on the pad" to get them charging.

Literally doesn’t work
I have owned this for about a week now. I had iPhone X and actually coincidently upgrade a few days ago to iPhone 13 Pro. My bf has a Google Pixel (which this charger says works best with) - both of us struggle to charge our phones using this charger. You spend a good amount of time trying to find the right spot on the pad where the phone actually connects. I should mention the ONLY way to connect is when you take your case off. This is the same for all 3 phones tested using this. Lastly, the charger only charges for less than an hour and for some reason disconnects — every morning we wake up and the phone only charged slightly. I’m going back to my cheap $11 charger. Waste of money. Doesn’t work.

Good charger, just a little hard to find the spot...
So, I like the concept and it does function correctly. I like that I can charge both my phones at once and then I plug in my Apple Watch charger into the available USB on the back. 3 devices able to be charged, 2 of which are wireless, very convenient. My only complaint is that it has a small area that you have to sit it on to get it to charge. It is not hard to find but just a little aggravating to have to get it just right...hmmm, seems familiar. Anyways, that’s the reason for 4 stars, but it’s still good.

Beware Pixel Owners
If you have a Pixel 3 or 4 (reg or XL) best to avoid this charger. While the charging speed is very good and compares well with the Pixel stand, the pad is very sensitive to placement and not very forgiving if just a little off. I have also seen that once the phone hits 100% that the pad just turns off. Great for when it is 100% or close, not great when the phone misbehaves or something is left running and you wake up to 80% battery.I still have to do some testing with the wife's iPhone to see if this is Pixel specific or a general issue with the pad.

Cool charging station
Was looking for something that could charge my watch (TicWatch Pro3) which does not do wireless charging, my phone (Pixel 6) and earbuds (Ankr) with wireless charging and this was perfect. Phone and Earbuds go on pad and USB cable for watch goes into back of pad and all 3 charge without problem. Only complaint is it can be very finiky where you place the devices, it may be more the phone than pad though. Would recommend for a situation like mine for sure!

Nearly impossible to get it to work
Doesn't work with a Pixel 3xl. Not sure if it's the strength of the module in the phone or in the charger but it doesn't work at all for me. Each time I've tried to charge my phone, I spend at least 5 full minutes trying to find the right spot to get it to charge. This is with my phone cover completely removed but completely defeats the purpose of a convenient wireless charger. It really struggles to establish a connection. There are two lines on each end of the charging face to indicate where to place each device. I've managed to successfully line it up and connect only twice. My phone initiated wireless charging both times but then stops charging after about 10 seconds. It just can't maintain the connection. I have no issues with the pixel charging stand so I think it may be related more to this specific charger versus the phone. I just received my Pixel Buds today and the charger works fine for those but there's no sense in keeping this dual device charger when it only works for one. This is going back.

Works great
It works great. I have an iPhone XS and an 11 and I just drop them on and they charge. I have no issues at all with placement. It’s quiet too. I had to return the similar Belkin model because it was too loud to have it next to the bed. This one is more expensive but worth the extra money for how quiet it is.
