This tastes like medicine. I got it for my sister who started going to the gym & wanted a little pick me up and wanted this one. At first whiff, it made me cough hysterically. Then she let me try it and with one sip I had enough. She mixed it with about 8 ounces of water, 2 scoops, and it was pretty nasty lol. She said it works okay and I see her still use it before the gym so it’s not the worst! She said that her next purchase of this will be a different flavor though.

Great flavor and a fast acting pre-workout. The Total War line has been great, I really feel it's not just fast acting but long lasting and helps me get through those extended workouts. This flavor reminds me of a sweet tart candy and will definitely order again in the future.

I used to use Assault pre-workout, but ever since I found Total war, I haven't looked back. I love the flavor and I don't feel like I'm going to have a heart attack when I take it. In fact, I feel like I can lift heavier and for longer period of time. I would not recommend any other caffeine when taking this as it has over 300 mg. But if you're used to pre-workout, give this a shot. This should not be taken if this is your first time taking pre-workout though.

I love total war and have been using it as preworkout almost daily for 5+ years. I have purchased from redcon directly and also walmart. What I received from amazon is barely the same product. It had to have been sitting in a warehouse for months or years with poor temperature control.. it's no longer a powder like when you buy it from a quality retailer. It is rock hard and has to be chiseled into a small enough chunk to add to your drink. It also tastes completely bland, nothing like the normal taste. I was trying to quickly resupply, but wish I had read the other reviews. I'm surprised amazon would allow the sale of such a low quality product/retailer. Also no recourse for a return/refund so I may as well have thrown away $25.

I like this brand. Its gets the job done.

Taste isn't the greatest (my fault for getting sour gummy bear) but the pump was amazing. Definitely worth it for the price (bought on sale for less than $1 per scoop). I liked it so much I'm also going to buy the zero stim version.

Taste is decent and no crash decent energy that lasts a while definitely gets you in the zone!
