What is the height of the roll in inches please

Not certain exactly but I think about 25 to 30” high.

how stiff is it? Does it hold its shape/ can it be bent into shape, or does it flex really easy?

It's fairly stiff, but softens up in direct sunlight. I zip-tied it at the top and bottom every ~12" along my fence and it's holding its shape just fine after ~1 month.

Is it hard enough to stand on its own or is it flimsy and need support?

Definitely needs support. Zip-ties work magic on this stuff.

Can you cut with scissors easily or can an animal easily chew through?

samll scissors may not easy to cut , small animal may not easily to chew through . the net thickness is about 1.6mm- 2.00mm
