Don’t do business with these people!!
I ordered a medium size Ottobock shoulder brace from these people. We tried it on and found it was too big, even with the therapist adjusting it as much as possible. I tried to contact the seller to return it, and they didn’t answer the phone. I called Ottobock to see if they knew what was going on with their distributor, and they tried their number and the same thing happened. Even the email address for them didn’t work. I don’t know what is going on, but I hope Amazon will take care of this.
