I have used it for 4 days and I loved it, I have trouble sleeping, it is very difficult for me to fall asleep and sometimes I felt like I was not resting, I am tracking my sleep with my Samsung watch 8 and since I started taking these supplements my energy and my sleep have improved a lot. Compré este suplemento porque estaba buscando algo que me ayudara a manejar mejor el estrés del día a día. Lo estuve tomando por varios días y noté que me ayudó a sentirme un poco más tranquilo y enfocado. Las cápsulas son fáciles de tragar y no me causaron malestar estomacal. Algo que me gustó es que trae buena cantidad (180 cápsulas), así que dura bastante tiempo. El frasco llegó bien sellado y en buen estado. Como siempre, cada cuerpo es diferente, pero en mi caso sí noté un cambio suave y positivo. Me pareció un buen apoyo para esos días en los que me siento más cargado.
