This sponge is perfect for applying setting powder. I like to run it under warm water, let it air dry for about five minutes, then blot it with a towel before applying. It gives such a smooth, flawless finish and really helps the powder set without looking cakey. Definitely a must-have in my routine! My favorite beauty sponge, I use this wet to blend my liquid foundation and liquid concealer even though it says it’s for powder. I feel the texture of this sponge really makes my foundation look smoother and blends it better than other beauty sponges without this texture. I also feel this beauty sponge doesn’t hold onto liquid products like foundation or concealer as much as other beauty sponges do so it doesn’t cause your foundation and concealer to look cakey like other sponges do and I don’t like my foundation to look cakey because it emphasizes pores.

I’ve given this sponge multiple tries but I just cannot get on board with how it leaves my makeup looking. The texture on the sponge creates patchiness on my makeup which I don’t like. I’m a perfectionist and need flawless makeup! This is definitely better for powered products in my opinion.

Great makeup blender for powder or cream. Applies nicely on skin. Soft but not to squishy. Because of its velvet texture, this blender does not soak up & waste blending products. Well with the price. Definitely recommended!

I wear Milani powder foundation and this sponge is a game changer. Applies quickly and flawlessly, and leaves such a smooth finish. Only issue I've had is that it doesn't work so great for touch ups.

Primeiro: não faço baking, inclusive passo pouco pó para esse tipo de técnica. Eu aplico pó solto com pincel no rosto todo, dou uma reforçada também com pincel em algumas áreas (testa, nariz, queixo, bigode chinês e embaixo dos olhos) e assento tudo com esta esponja. Gosto dela pela praticidade, rapidez e resultado, fica bem espalhado e “embutido” na base, como se fossem uma coisa só. Acho mais natural. Também é MUITO boa para usar com blush em pó, neste caso, só uso ela, nada de pincel.

La texture di questa sponge è particolarissima. Non è facile da spiegare, ma la cosa che più ci si avvicina è la sensazione di toccare il velluto. Si può usare umida o asciutta e la cosa strabiliante che mi ha lasciata a bocca aperta è che anche da umida, la spugna sembra asciutta! Però diventa ancora più soffice oltre che un po' più grande, come le classiche blender da fondotinta. Questa spugnetta è favolosa per applicare la cipria nell'area perioculare e anche sul resto del viso. E' stata progettata per essere usata con i prodotti in polvere quindi non è adatta alla stesura del fondotinta o dei prodotti in crema. Semplicemente potrebbe non applicarli in modo uniforme. Per la serie "uomo avvisato...". La pulizia della spugnetta è molto semplice. Per loro natura, i prodotti in polvere sono meno "infiltranti", se vogliamo usare questo termine, di quelli in crema quindi basta un po' di saponetta e acqua tiepida e torna pulitissima. Come tutte le altre spugnette da trucco di questo tipo (e i pennelli), non è consigliabile lavarle con acqua troppo calda e con un sapone liquido troppo schiumoso, perchè si rischia di non riuscire a sciacquarlo bene. L'ho già usata diverse volte e lavata diverse volte ed è perfetta come appena tolta dalla scatola. Il prezzo poi, è davvero contenuto. Consigliata!
