why does it have so many fire extinguishers

Industrial extinguisher systems consist of many tanks that will flood a compartment with a gas in the event of a fire. Its not lots of small hand operated extinguishers.

Is the label sticked directly on this box, or does it come in external packaging?

Mine came in two additionsl brown cardboard boxes around the coloured one. The first was a lego one with bubble wrap inside the second was an amazon with the screwed up brown paper. Well packed and no damage to the main box.

They ve either gone flat or you have to connect everything up.

Why is the battery not working they were working

I assume you mean the batteries on the two control + units in the model? As with all batteries check two things. Are they inserted the right way round? It is very easy to insert one of the 12 batteries the wrong way round. Simple to put right. The other is - are the batteries dead? Best take the batteries out and test them in another product which is working. Also best not to store batteries in the model for long periods. If you are displaying the model, take the batteries out and only put them back when you want to play with the model. If you have checked everything, and tried with new batteries and the control + units are still not working, contact Lego helpline. Hope this helps
