It No Worky For Me
Bought this software along with the FTM-400XDR. The combination of my laptop (MacBook Pro a 13-inch, M1, 2020), this downloaded software, and the Yaesu SCU-20 cable doesn't work—no radio is recognized. Called RT Systems tech support. The tech sounded new and inexperienced. She got her supervisor who talked to HER, but not ME. She told him what I said. He told her what to tell me. Dumb. The call lasted 30-45 minutes. We got nowhere. She said her and her supervisor were going to "look into it further", confirmed my phone number, and said they would call me back with more information. They never called me back.
