First of all, the product came very nicely wrapped. The mats and some of the tools were in a cute little bag and everything else was wrapped up in plastic inside of a nice box. I love that there was an instructional video, because to be honest I have never made sushi so this was all new to me. It was pretty self explanatory and the video showed me how to do everything so that was a huge help!!! I tried out the knife that came in the pack and it's great. Sharp and cuts very nicely so it is useful beyond just making sushi but for other purposes in the kitchen for cooking. There are also wooden spoons that are multipurpose as well which I love. The mats are really great. I folded them around a few times just to test the durability and they bend easily which was great when I went to start trying out my own sushi making. Now granted my attempts at making sushi were fair at best, but the instructions were great. The equipment itself was great and this was a good buy, I would definitely recommend this for any novice sushi maker like myself. Definitely 5 STARS all the way!!!

What fun! I was surprised at what came in this kit for the price. I was worried because some reviews said it was cheap and broke easily. I have used it many times and haven't had any problems. I did find that I had to use a tiny bit of oil in the form and on the pusher to make it easier to use. I also found that pushing the ingredients against the top before removing it gives a cleaner edges. No scraggly ends. It is super easy to use, clean and store. It all fits right back in the box. The picture is from my very first time making sushi, ever.

okay, so once you get around the fact that it's made of really crappy plastic and you're not going to go out of your way to enforce a lifetime warranty (because, although it hasn't broken after my 1st use, it's guaranteed not to last more than 3 or 4 tries), it's a fun product and it does work. The knife has a plastic handle and the blade is NOT that sharp. I think they try and upsell you with the blade, and I was really let down by its performance. just keep in mind, you get what you pay for hence not a 1 star review. when I opened up the bazooka I noticed a ton of red plastic shrapnel which then caused me to examine every edge to make sure I wasn't going to be eating this plastic which i'm sure is not BPA free (don't quote me on that). I think, before you buy, watch a couple of youtube videos and determine that all you may need is the bamboo rolls.

This is my first time ever making sushi, and it came out nearly perfect. Super easy to use and helpful, clear instructions. Looking forward to trying multiple types of sushi, my first one was avocado beef. Also, the knife is razor sharp. I cut myself barely nicking the edge of the blade with my finger while getting it out of the sheath.

It didn't turn out very well the first time, but after a few tries, the rolls turned out perfect. I don't order them at restaurants anymore.

Just got it and it's missing a rolling mat

Great product. Love it and easy to use. I wish it had something to grasp onto or some rubber grip to hold while pushing the sushi roll out because the bazooka can be slippery and hard to hold during this process - this is the only reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, great product with a lifetime warranty. Very hard to beat.
