Great for a Princess and the Pea Type
I take a couple of these before bed and they deepen my sleep. After a month or so of taking them, my skin feels smoother as well. I found Tim Gotyetche's youtube videos of facial signs of tissue salt deficiencies very helpful in diagnosing which tissue salts I needed. Tried Hylands brand first, because they were available locally, but this Schuessler brand is far more effective.
