What is the dry time?

It doesn't specify dry time on the product. My Honda service manual recommends this liquid gasket by name for reseating the head cover. The manual instructions say to reseat the head cover within 10 minutes of applying the liquid gasket, and then wait at least 20 minutes before adding oil to the engine. Take from that what you will.

will it still work after the expiration date?

Clearly, the manufacturer would think not. It has a very short shelf life it seems. Mine appeared to be repackaged from a bulk container: plain white tube with a stick on label. Still, I store it away from extreme heat, and used some of this years after the so-called ex date on valve cover gasket half moons recently .. worked fine. Your mileage may vary as they say!

Is this equivalent to 103 fipg sealant?

According to my research: .. “ (Toyota) FIPG 103 - is actually Three Bond 1207B RTV silicone.” Most of the OEM FIPG’s are made by Three Bond. My guess would be this is the same, although.. I did find one web reference that suggested a slightly higher temp rating for the 103 product; I believe that the reference is a mis-characterization, as 1207B also references that temp point, albeit “briefly”.
