When nothing else helps
My wife sits or lies on these pads everywhere: in bed, in the car, on the plane, watching TV. It provides much needed relief.

Great pain relief, home or on the go
Great travel size mat. You can roll it in and secure with velcro tabs to pack in luggage, and also roll it out securing with the same velcro tabs to place under your neck for a pain relieving relaxation session. Yes, it takes a bit of getting used to, but the benefits are well worth it. Can also lay on it positioned for upper back, lower back, you name it, very versatile. Have not actually stood on this yet, not sure I am going to venture there, but, time will tell. Very happy with this purchase.

On The Fence
I get the theory here, I really do. The soles of the feet step on the dulled prongs and trick the nerves into telling the brain there has been an injury, then the brain floods the body with pain relieving endorphins. In my simple layman's terms. I have a spiky brass ball I use several times a day that does the trick. And the body's natural endorphins must provide some healing longevity as when I use the ball, I notice less and less pain through the day. I thought that is what would happen with this mat. But on a larger scale as I can treat both feet at the same time. Or keep it at work for a quick relief. Lord knows I have tried to adjust to this mat. I mean. I push a spiky metal ball on the soles of my feet, this should be easy. I can't make it to 5 minutes standing barefoot. It's just this side of traumatizing. Tried it with thin socks and just not the same I hardly feel the stimulators. I even tried sitting on it but with clothes on, it's like nothing. I just don't see sitting on this naked, but have thought about it...ouch. I willl continue to try to encorporate this into my routine. I know the theory works. I am just not sure the execution of these particular stimulators was well executed for standing on. It takes 20 minutes for the endorphin response. I can't last 5 minutes. Does not compute. Frankly, I feel unfulfilled with the product but will continue to try...How frustrating does that sound?

Took a chance
I work on my feet and have had many issues as of late and my lower back, a co worker suggested this mat so I took a chance and bought it. It took a few times to get used to it, but I think it helps. I try standing on it a few minutes every morning and evening when I get home. I more rock my feet around for its hard to just stand on it at first.
