Pricey for such a mini tiny bottle
It took quite long time to arrive. And denifinitely a big shock to you when you received it and find it in such a mini tiny bottle. Thus too expensive.

Great base for gyudon!
Tastes like the gyudon I had in Japan. So delicious! I'll even throw it on some udon noodles~

This sauce tastes really good especially with beef. I love it but itโs pretty pricey to pay $60 for two little bottles.

It does have MSG and worse!
Online this product did not list MSG as an ingredient. I know it can be hidden in "yeast extracts" and in other ingredients. When I received it, it had a label over the original bottle label which states different ingredients than online...bait and switch. It is not eligible for return, so I tossed both bottles out....just not worth the risk to our health for a tiny bit of flavor. I would not buy it again and to not be able to return it is even worse. And to off it off, it is short dated 04/22/22 (today is Feb 15th 2022). SO disappointed! UPDATE: I failed to mention that on the paper label glued over the Japanese writing, it also had a CANCER caution! It says it also contains ingredients known to Prop 65 to cause cancer in humans. BUYER BEWARE
