I opened my steamery...it is without a doubt a quality product, I hesitate to write this review, have gotten lots of requests ... I immediately went out of town and have not yet had the opportunity to use it!!! I look forward to getting home to try it...but with just one look and taking this quality product in my hand I k ow it is going to be a winner! It is heavier than all of the other steamers that I have had ...so it will be for longer trips which will work well for me as I am usually gone for three months at a time.

I finally splurged and purchased this steamer in February 2023. It stopped working in June 2023. The handle gets unbearably hot (so hot you can't hold it) and the steamer starts to spew water instead of steam. Really unfortunate, as I like the design and color. The cheaper models I've bought in the past are honestly far superior in terms of functionality and longevity.

Love the handle very convenient to take along on trips does the trick

We received this as a gift. We used it twice over the course of a year with filtered water and it worked well. The third time no steam came out. The handle and button heated up to the point where they were untouchable, and the button also had condensation. We tried rinsing it with a vinegar solution and various other tips we found on the internet, but nothing worked. Unfortunately we have to throw it out.

If you want an expensive paperweight that looks like a steamery and works for a few months-look no further. 1. You have to press down on the button to keep the steam coming 2. It's heavy after continued use so keep that in mind when wanting to steam something large, my hand hurt after steaming a coat 3. It stopped working for me after 4 months of infrequent use 4. Customer service is equivalent to a Tindr conversation: infrequent replies, keeps you hanging-I communicated via Amazon and they claim that it is challenging to communicate there and to please message them via their website. I did that and got no response. I go back to Amazon to follow up and they ask for me to try the website again....

Loved it the first time I used it. Second time the machine wouldn’t stay on, it kept switching on and off even though I kept my finger on the button. Have exchanged it for a new one so will reserve judgment and I hope that one works properly, otherwise I will be returning and giving 1 star. Fingers crossed!
