this product doesn't fits my utencil (cast-iron pan) so it's of no use. problem is with the size rest the product is nice

It is quite thick and provides good protection from heat yet it fits loosely on my lodge 10.5 inch griddle. So i cannot pick up the tawa with it like we do while making omelettes to spread it evenly. Otherwise it is good to hold the handle while hot.

Do not buy this useless product. It does not fit tightly. Very dangerous to use as it rotates 180 degrees in the hand when you try to pour out the contents of a cast iron skillet. (Tried it with an Amazon size L - lightest cast iron skillet) It's not all all functional, only for show as it certainly looks attractive.

It doesn't hold the pan handle so well.. i found good reviews but not worth buying.. its loose on the sides so the pan keeps wobbling if i lift it,but quality wise very good

It does the job well. The silicone material is thick and you can hold a hot cast iron skillet or tawa for reasonable period without burning yourself. However if you keep it on a hot item for a long period, it will get hot and you can’t use it. Overall a great value for money product.

I bought the lodge small and the Amazon basics regular one and the Lodge regular one and a 2 pack of the quilted cast iron pan holders at the same time. Quick review- They all work well, they all are loose on the pans, They should not be left on the pans, but slipped on when deeded. The small lodge grip is too small for my 12" pan but fine on smaller ones. I wish the quilted ones had a little more padding, but they are enough- even holding and caring the hot pans they stay cool enough. Results: My favorites in order- The quilted ones (easy to slip on and off and will work on any pan. The Amazon basics have little bumps that help the grip a little so it probably comes in ahead of the lodge, but for smaller pans the small lodge one is better. Hope this helps- I like all of these better than a regular hot pad.
