It s not even like we steam cook every day, maybe just once or twice a week, plus it s quite expensive too and supposed to be used in high temperatures. Just don’t waist your money! Something much cheaper from Ali or Temu would have done better!

Quality issues
So i bought this few months ago to use with my Bruno Cooker, its supposed to be used for steam cooking. After few uses it s all cracked and deformed, i tried to contact the seller about this quality issue but nobody answered me. It s not even like we steam cook every day, maybe just once or twice a week, plus it s quite expensive too and supposed to be used in high temperatures. Just don’t waist your money! Something much cheaper from Ali or Temu would have done better!

Looks like someone returned
When I opened it, it didn't look new, there were a lot of scratches. It could be a product that someone returned.

Doesn’t last.
The bottom bends after 2-3 uses. There are also small cracks caused by the heat here and there. I had an old Hamilton Beach steamer which also uses plastic tray. But that never happened. So I guess it’s the quality of the plastic itself.

It is made of plastics, not glass.
I thought it was made of glass but it is not. I don't feel comfortable or safe to use a steamer made of plastic. It can release toxic materials to my food or the heat might melt the steamer. The manufactory should re-consider the design of it. I returned the item immediately.

Crack in the middle of the pot after used
I love this one but I just used few times and find that there is a crack in the middle of the pot. OMG! I don’t know should I keep use it?!

Breaks in 6 months
Small cracks starts to appear after just a few times use. After 5 and half months and probably less than 30 uses, the tray just completely cracked. I love using Bruno for steaming but this steamer is very disappointing.

Don’t waste your money!
Doesn’t last. Less than four months, already broken...

During Covid, you expect a longer delivery time.
I like the Bruno product and it is not selling in North America. It arrived within the expected schedule. It is during pandemic, so I am happy to receive something in Japan while I cannot travel.

Broke under 2 months
I use it to steam rice and various dishes roughly twice a week, each time for 40mins on High. This is a steamer, and I'm exactly using it to steam my food. I noticed a belly forming from the distorted plastic about 3,4 weeks into using, tried to continue using. Tonight, I was steaming rice again and it broke! only 2 months into use, I expected much more from Bruno.
