Amazing - these are coated and have been wonderful - we have used them three different nights in the snow and they are still in perfect shape - we are putting them away to use again!

Bought these to place on patio for Christmas party- used battery candles to illuminate. Bags are quite thin so open carefully so the stars don't tear. I used a small amount of sand to stabilize the bag and to nest the candle down. Bags lined the garden wall and cast lovely shadows on enclosed patio wall and ceiling- quite pretty. I wish the bags were a bit sturdier so they could be reused more easily... they did survive several nights of use but could not be emptied, re-folded and reused without incurring damage, Their translucency is part of their magic as well as their fragility so just know that going in- I think its worth it, I would buy again especially if I could find a more delicate pattern since the large star shape was the most apt to tear.

I placed these luminaries out on Christmas for two days. Perfect with sand on the bottom and they held up even with snow on the sidewalk. By the third day they were wilted and sagging. I used both tea light candles and the fake battery candles. The tea lights are brighter than battery lights, so one tea light equals two battery lights. The tea light candles I used the first night, they were very bright and last about two hours. The next night I used battery lit candles, two to each bag for the same brightness, but they last all night. The downside is you have to retrieve the battery lights and store for next year. Make sure the tea light candles are level in the bag or they will burn out quicker. Overall the bags are beautiful, held up on snow sidewalks and made for a nice touch over the holidays.

The bags were just what I wanted to lone our yard gor Halloween. I really liked the white bags and the star cut outs. They looked beautiful in the night.

I don’t usually leave a review but these held up and looked a lot more high end than I thought they would. I would buy again! We used battery operated tea candles and added pebbles. Looked really nice up the driveway for a path to the house

These are great! We have had many luminary bags in the past, but these are by far, the best ever. Not flimsy or cheap, and the wax coating is very generous. Can be used more than just once.

Well, these bags are pretty much as described. Out of 100 bags about 4 had burn marks, but, did not burn. As far as sturdiness, the bags are reusable, however, I will more than likely only use one more time. The decoration on the bag did not make the bag as impressionable as I hoped. I think I could have gotten more of an affect by drawing a star with a color marker on a plain white paper bag and have the decoration show more. As far as the price, well, at the time that I purchased, it was quite a leap for me to spend as much. Would I spend this much again, no. My opinion, the bags are not sturdy enough for more than two uses and I spent way more than I have spent for the bags this one time than I have in many years of putting out 100 luminaries every Christmas Eve. I bought with high hopes, but the outcome was not necessarily what I thought it would be. Like the Frank Sinatra song: "That's Life". Merry Christmas everyone and Happy 2020!!!!

Every year our Church dresses to the “nines” for Christmas Eve Mass. There were perfect for the entrance at all of the pews. We put remote battery operated votive candles in each bag. Along with the extra candles in the church the parish is only Lit by these luminaries. Stunning. We fold them up for the ext year when the Christmas season is over.
