Works great for small batches!

This is a great stuffer for small batches. I have a 15lb and 30lb electric and needed something small for testing recipes. Master Feng checked all the boxes and I was impressed in the quality over LEM. Easy to load and stuff with one person. The silicone plunger fits nicely with no blowout of meat. I need to get these plunger plates for my larger staffers. Well worth the money.

The quality was good for the stuffer and the material was good, also the compression was really good, but if you want to do 5 pounds or more you might have some problems with some air pockets. We returned it and will buy one at about 11 pounds since we make a lot of sausages.

Took kind of a risk ordering the 2.5lb stuffer, I know all of the really good brands but didn’t want to spend all that for a hobby like this. This thing is hefty, for the money incredibly high quality and easy to use. Very surprised by it, heavyweight and really solid for a hobby sausage maker. If you are processing anything decent sized I’d go with the 5lb size, but this little one is great!

Ordered in the fall to process pork- I used it twice in the fall for various sizes sausages. It worked very well but the internal gasket and stuffing tube gasket began to push out into casings. I began using it for my spring pork processing and all three gaskets (two listed and external gasket) all began popping off with any pressure. The size was manageable, it was affordable, and cleaning was simple. However after just a uses, I had to upgrade because the gaskets continued to be an issue.

I got sick of the slowness of stuffing using my grinder as a stuffer and so bought this. I only make smallish batches of sausages, not doing a whole carcass. So it is perfect for my needs and the filling and stuffing works great.

After 10 times if using it the very important silicone washer bursted and the machine is not usable anymore. Also the silicone sealing on top broke already. Very low quality and no spare parts available.
