This stuff is great for getting rid of visceral fat. It takes a while to do that so you need to stay on it a minimum of eight weeks. Do not overdose on this stuff. It works slowly. It gives you a slight intestinal discomfort, nothing major. Start slow with 1 tablespoon in the morning either straight or in your coffee if you can tolerate that well after a week you can update that to 2 tablespoons, which is the perfect dose. If you can’t tolerate 2 tablespoons, don’t worry just stay on the 1 tablespoon. The taste is reminiscent of very refined butter. So it’s relatively pleasant. Give it time and you’ll start seeing the results. It burns away visceral fat like mentioned, but it’s a slow process. It has other health beneficial benefits, but I’m not a scientist to elaborate on that. You can look that up for yourself. The good thing is that this is highly refined where it’s an MCT oil with pure C8. Do not buy the cheaper MCT oils as they don’t have the level of beneficial ingredients that this one has. If you buy another MCT oil make sure it costs about the same. Good MCT oil is not cheap. I hope this works for you as well as it’s working for me

Good quality! No strong flavor, so goes good in smoothies of any description. Works well for a brain fuel. I will be buying this one again. Also nice for kids- I just put a little in the smoothie I make them and they don’t notice- I do notice that they’re calmer though.

The taste is coconutty. I actually really like the flavor. I appreciate that it comes in a glass bottle. I just wish it wasn't so expensive!

It’s the Gold standard of MCT oil! 8 chain triglyceride that acts quickly. Definitely recommend. Its color is clear, comes in A glass container along with an easy pour spout. A little pricier but you get what you pay for. It’s tasteless and pour in your morning coffee with heavy cream or organic butter and then blended with a portable swizzle to make the drink creamy is just great!

I love this MCT oil, and I love that it's in a glass bottle. However, the bottle is very large. If you have small hands (as I do), be aware that you may struggle with it.

As advertised. Excellent product. I use a tbsp in my morning coffee with a tsp of quality cold pressed cacao. Both assist in melting away visceral fat. I highly suggest.
