I have hyper mobility in my hands, and super scrawny thin wrists. The combination makes boxing a challenge. I used to try to use all different kinds if medical tape, athletic tapes, kinesiology tapes, etc., until i finally found a cheap generic black tape. It was fantastic - so thin, strong, breathable, and flexible, without leaving nasty glue residue on me. Unfortunately, i have no idea what it was called bc it was a generic drug store brand, and I just ran out of it last week. So i scoured amazon reviews of different boxing and athletic tapes til i found this. People described it in the same way i would describe my mysterious favorite tape, so i gave it a try.... its almost exactly the same!!! I am so excited to find this. the only differences are its a little wider, and a little less easy to tear w teeth. As you can see in the video, my hand has exactly the range of motion needed! Beautifuly made product.

I’ll keep it short. I use this tape in jiu jitsu for fingers, wrist, toes, sprained joints. Out of all the ones I tried this one sticks the best and holds up during sparring. It isn’t the easiest to get off but it doesn’t leave any residue. I just take a shower or wet it and it comes off easier. I always stock up on it.

Right now I'm using it for bowling to tape up my wrist and then when I go running it helps with my ankles. It's extremely sticky so I did have to get another product to go under it preventing it from pooling. Very durable flexible even pretty comfortable I would say it's a great value for your money.

I've become a connoisseur of sports tape due to my wrist issues; I have to keep them wrapped most of the time. What I like about this tape is that it tears easily but is still very sturdy, providing the support I need to decrease my wrists' ability to bend and twist. It is extremely sticky and stays put very well. The reason this gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that it does irritate my skin after wearing it for several hours, which is the only reason I will not be purchasing it again.

Loved! I was so sad when I finished them. They are durable while you have them on, but easy to remove. They are functional, comfortable (do not hurt when you give it an extra pull). Definitely value for my money, buying them again soon.

I use it for BJJ, tape my fingers and my toes when needed. For fingers it says on pretty good (no tape stays on fingers completely in my experience once I really start sweating and grip fighting). I also use it for a toenail injury and it works great, never comes off.

I've used this tape for wrestling, lifting, and other various activities. It holds up great, just like typical white athletic tape. I'm also very appreciative that there's finger tape which is amazing for jammed fingers. Plus it's a thinner alternative when you don't need a ton of tape. Used to rip regular tape in half hotdog style for my fingers, but that means you get two strips which can be wasteful if not needed. This saves me effort and tape while adding versatility!

I have purchased this tape to post my dog’s ears. It is very sticky and strong so she can’t scratch it off easily however, it is fairly easy to remove when necessary. It is also breath The price point is better than most other brands. I don’t use the finger tape as it is too narrow, but there is no box of four rolls that are all the same width. I am quite satisfied with the overall quality of this athletic tape.

No issue about its quality. I use it for volleyball and it does the job well. Its easy to rip off which is a huge quality of life. However, if it gets wet or after you get too sweaty the adhesive falls apart and you have to reapply the tape.

This sports tape is a must-have for any athlete! It provides excellent support and stays in place during intense activities. I also use it for my dog’s ears to post, and it works perfectly—gentle on the skin but strong enough to hold the shape. Easy to apply and remove without leaving sticky residue. Highly recommend for both sports and creative uses!

Thinking this might be grippier and stickier and firmer than more generic brand zinc oxide tape. I have to report that this is pretty much the same stuff but with a brand name and higher price. Obviously the tape performs great especially when you're sweating... But is it better than generic stuff? No. I don't find this any different than generic zinc oxide tapes . Is it better than regular athletic tape? Absolutely it is. But if you want the most firm support for joints and ankles etc. Then this to me is the middle of the road.... The best tape over this one is leukotape p.
