Comfort
I think these are great. I have tried a lot of arch supports and it’s very hard to find one that is comfortable. My problem is I don’t like to wear shoes and the hard floors are rough on the feet. I have very flat feet. These give me just enough support. Some support is better than none. You can slide the support where it is most comfortable for you. I wear a pair of non slip socks with them. Very comfortable in shoes and your foot doesn’t slide in them. Sometimes arch supports can be too big and it makes your foot slide to the outside of the shoe. Very uncomfortable and unstable. They are nice to wear with sandals and shoe and easy to clean. Don’t try to wear these all day. The first hour I wore them I could feel a difference in my arch’s and my back. Remember, you are asking your body to do something different. I think these are awesome.

Perfect high arch support but may be a temp shoe solution
I bought a pair of ankle Corral boots on-line that are adorable but offered no arch support for my moderately high arch. I researched a lot and decided for this brand because the boot was already on the tight side and I didn't want to add a lot more bulk in any place besides my arch. Yes, I read that some reviewers had problems with the silicone tearing but that wasn't my main worry for a single wear at a wedding event. I just wanted to ensure that they didn't tear that first wearing. Sure enough, they were perfect and very comfortable although I did get foot sweating (never have experienced that before). Anyway, they didn't tear and I was very comfortable the entire night (7 hours). I don't think I will be able to say the boots will be "broken in" because of my high arch but at least for casual wearing these inserts worked for my high arches way more comfortably than I ever expected.

Provides the relief needed!
Of all the various products I have tried, these simple silicone pads have been the best relief so far for newly developed plantar fasciitis on my left foot and this really helps me walk without so much pain.

Comfort
I like these and they have helped. I wear a size 6 shoe and the sm/med is a tad too large over the arch and ends, I would have liked them a tad smaller. They are not easy to place the foot in a shoe or sandal without curling the ends under foot or arch area. Also they absorbed some colors from my sandals I can’t get out.they have helped and I can wear them with sandals that have Velcro straps

Comfortable and effective
I've tried arch supports before and found them painful. When my orthopedist said I really needed them, I ordered a couple different types. I really like these the best. They offer the perfect amount of support for me without being super high. I have narrow feet but the S/M fit well. While I wish they were just slightly tighter, I have not had a problem with them slipping around. I'm curious to see how durable they are, but right now they're a hit and I'm ordering a second pair.

So far so good!
12/15/19 As of today, I've worn these twice. The first time was for work. I'm on and off my feet all day. I go up and down stairs, and walk over various types of terrain. I had been having a lot of pain in my left foot, and these took most of that pain away. The second time I wore them, it was with super high wedge boots. I had not been able to wear any shoes with a heel, due to the intense pain in my foot. Surprise surprise, I had very little pain wearing them for around an hour and a half. I was sitting down for quite a bit of that time, but usually even that can cause discomfort. I have incredibly high arches. The first day these fit well around my foot, and conformed to my arch. The second wearing they felt slightly more loose. They also have an odd smell. Overall, I'm hoping these continue to allow me to work without pain and wear all the fabulous heels I have in my closet.

Low arch supports
I like the design and the material being silicone. I have had problems with the cloth ones pinching or putting too much pressure on the sides of my toes. The downside is the actual support for the arch isn’t high enough for my feet to get the support I need. I work on my feet all day in the medical field and wear quality and sturdy shoes they just don’t provide enough support to relieve my pain of planners fasciitis.

Pretty good for the price and easy to clean!
I did a video review of these slip on silicon arch supports. I like them. They are worth the try. Easy to clean and long lasting. Could use a little more arch in them but I use them with other inserts. I’m 5’9 about 250 pounds and have had lower back problems all my life and I have sciatica pain all the time. Numb foot as we speak. I would just stick with dr scholls arch supports at Walmart at that machine they have if you really need some support. These amazon arch supports aren’t worth a darn except for these silicon arch supports. Update August 2020: they are starting to get tears on them so I guess silicone doesn’t last. But you could just stick them inside your shoes with glue or two way tape? I will probably just order another pair. Still does the job. The price is still cheaper than other arch supports out there. I might just get Walmart dr scholls arch supports they have on those machines for $50.

Quedan muy grandes
Son cómodos, pero a pesar de que la talla es pequeña quedan grandes y se mueven al caminar y es bastante incómodo tener que arreglarlos tres o cuatro veces al día

Good support for a good price
I’ve found these arch supports good to wear around the house. I have two minor criticisms which are the reason I’m not giving these 5 stars. I wish they came in different arch heights (they’re a bit lower than what I need but still infinitely better than bare feet). Also I find that the front edge of them occasionally catches on the floor (bamboo flooring rather than carpet) due to the grippy material they’re made of. I’ve found the easiest way to eliminate that is to wear socks over them. Otherwise they’re a good fit and a nice soft but firm material.
