Small, simple and gets the job done.
Their is nothing that I don't like. Very easy to use, seems accurate enough for field work and can easily slip in a pocket or use the case that comes with it.

Quiron handheld Optical power meter
This little meter is just -1 off than my $$$ big Optimeter... when I'm climbing poles and need to hook up fiber drops, it's so much easier bringing this small item than the very large and pain in the @#$%& Optimeter. So when I know I got light, I'm good to the slacknid at customer prem then the FJ. Definitely easier to use. This gives me ready within 5 seconds turn it on. While the large OptiMeter takes about 3-5 minutes for a reading. So there is a -1 difference between the handheld and the large . It's negligible. Overall happy with this product. Using it about 4 months now. ****????"""""""""???????"""""""""""""""" Note: Only downside.... wish they provided a carrying pouch for your belt... but you can't have it all

Every good product
I really like this product. I work in with fiber optics every day and this product been one of the best investments I made. One thing that I really like about this product is the potability it’s small but still has all the things that I need.

Compact. Affordable. Convenient
As a fiber installer I’m required to test light. Instead of carrying my meter I check the light with this and make sure the installation can happen. Screen is easy to read and has a backlight for dark areas. 2 triple A batteries are required for operation. The shape is a bit odd, thin pear like but fits in the hand comfortably. Cheap housing but expected for the price you pay. Accuracy is a bit off, so if something precise is required for you. Expect to pay more. Be sure you’re measuring the proper wavelength.

For the money, this was worth every penny. It’s compact light weight. Makes testing terminals and hubs so easy. I love it!

It's a very compact light meter so when you need to keep it on you it's very convenient.
Been using this meter for a few months now and I truly love the probability of it since I carry a ton of tools as it is. The only problem I have with it now is forgetting if I placed it back in my fiber tool bag or pocket because it's size and weight.
