Charles Albert Women's Open Toe Block Heel Pumps, Wide Width Ankle Strap Sandal, RED, 12

Order came quickly with prime. Shoes are suede and very soft and comfortable in the sole. I ordered 12. I should have take 11. I can work with the length but not with the width. Can't return it - international order so I need to get it adjusted. Were it not for the ankle straps, I would not be able to use it. The front strap is about an inch too long. It needs to be tightened.

Very hesitant to purchase shoes from Amazon being that I was unable to try them on before purchasing and the last shoes I did purchase were tight. However I was very pleased with this purchase. These shoes actually fit!!!! Being a size 12w in women's shoes makes it very difficult to find good shoes. This was well worth the purchase, the wide was a little big but fits good, definitely would purchase in other colors.

They do run really big. I would have to go down a whole size maybe even more but they don’t have any so I will be returning. They are also a brighter red than the picture. Although they do look comfortable and well made for being only $20.

The heels are just right; the size is perfect; and they are comfortable.
