I really like this radio! I went to car toys 3 years ago trying to find an all in one like this one for my 2006 RAV4 they told me they don't have anything. I would highly recommend this unit to all my family, friends and all owners of RAV4 owners to upgrade to this radio. The navigation is spot on.

Terrible product. Many advertised features don’t work.Bluetooth music quality is horrible, so you really have to use the AUX cord if you want to play music from a phone.It advertises screen mirroring for iPhones using mirror link, but I have not been able to get that to work, there are no instructions, and I can’t seem to be able to find anything out about that online.The compass on the main screen does not work, even though I did install the GPS antenna.The speedometer on the front screen is metric only, I cannot seem to get it to display miles per hour.The mounting holes are workable, but they are not really in the right spots, and there should be more of them. Since this relies on the factory bracket, it should actually match the factory bracket… but it doesn’t.The panel lights are way too bright at night, and you can’t turn them down or off. I’d love to just turn them off. You can change the color... but that doesn’t help.I wish I could return this product, but I accidentally let the time slip past and I’m barely beyond the return window now :/I wish there was someone I could contact to resolve some of these issues....

There's nothing to dislike about the stereo.nice sound nice touch.

I like the unit. I added on a bluetooth obd connector and that works flawlessly.I put a hundred mp3's on an sd card and plugged that into sd card slot #2. Easy to browse the mp3's, no issues with mp3s in root folder that i have had with some traditional usb mp3 car stereos.The eq is insane, it has bass restoration features, audio is very tweakable.The included backup camera has a great picture. I would recommend you install the camera exactly in the center of the back of your car so the little lines superimposed on the screen line up with parking spaces.I could not install netflix, play store says is not available for this android platform. I got sling to install but it will not load the video when you choose a channel. Amazon music installs and works well.The steering wheel controls sometimes do not work without a reboot, not sure whats going on there.For navigation, I set google maps as the default app and did not give the default navigation app a look, it could be good but google maps has perfected the navigation app and why switch if it works.The unit did not come with a USB camera, I reached out to the seller and asked which USB camera should be used. The seller could not tell me right away but did some research and sent me a USB dash cam to try out. The camera they sent is kind of bulky but works very well. The camera has sd card built in to store the recordings. The image is nice (720p). The camera comes with an APK you must first download but after that its plug an play. You can include date time, speed and gps coordinates in the video recording. The dashcam app also has features like lake departure warning and collision warning.The last outstanding item i have to deal with is the unit outputs a strange low frequency noise when you plug into the RCA ports. I use high quality stinger rca's and they never made noise on my last head unit. This occurs whether the engine is running or not, initially its quiet but after 10 or 20 seconds of booting up, the noise starts. I will update this if i am able to come up with a solution. It might be adding high to low level adapters on the speaker outputs.This thing is not perfect but its the pretty amazing using android as a car stereo o/s. It ended up exceeding my expectations.The seller should offer this unit with the bluetooth obd dongle and the dash cam. Its a pretty complete package with those two items also added on.

Instructions are terrible and in some instances incorrect. AM does not work. Clock keeps poor time. GPS is in KL/hr and can only be fixed with new software. Contacted customer support three times and they are not helpful. Will return product!Returned defective radio and was charged 20% restocking fee by the seller, not Amazon.Don’t purchase.

I love it. Great product hands down!

2008 toyota rav4

A very good stereo for our Rav 4. Sound is great, the back up camera works well, and kit comes with almost all you need. We had ours installed professionally. My only issue with the unit is the user manual does not provide details but I was able to contact amazon tech support and they cleared up a couple of set up issues. I will come back in 6 months for updates.
