I have to admit that my initial displeasure with this product was entirely due to me, not reading the directions. If you swallow the pills as directed, they swallow just like pills and they do whatever it is cinnamon capsules are supposed to do I guess. However, and this is a big, however, do not eat them on toast, they taste terrible.

This sure works well at lowering your blood pressure.

I've ordered previously and I believe it may be helping with my blood sugars. I've used powdered before and really don't care for it because it doesn't dissolve so I'll continue with the capsules.
