Studio Ghibli: 100 Collectible Postcards: Final Frames from the Feature Films (1984-2014)

I bought volume 1 and 2 and i am absolutely in love with how my ghibli wall came out! 10/10 both sets!

This set is absolutely gorgeous. Yes, the selection does seem a little odd at times. The Cat Returns, for example, there are definitely more memorable scenes. But they do have a lot of the favorites - Totoro's bus stop, Arietty in the bakery, Ponyo jumping to meet Sōsuke, etc. There's 21 movies represented, so you'd anticipate 4-5 cards per film. Instead - It's anywhere from 3 to 7. The distribution is a little odd. That's really the only complaint I can think of. There were a few that I would have liked more cards, and only got 3. But ...it does mean I get 6-7 of some that I also wanted. So it kinda works its way out. The picture quality is fantastic. Far outshines any anime based postcards I've bought before. Saw a few reviews complain that it's "overpriced." This is absolutely rubbish. Assuming you only bought the postcards, you're getting 100 high quality cards at only 20 cents a piece. A fine price for high quality, collectible post cards that you can't get anywhere else. Add in the nicely done container box, and that it becomes even more of a bargain. If you're thinking about it, just do it. It's worth every penny.

Absolutely incredible if your a studio Ghibli Fan! This has some of the most memorable scenes from your favorite Ghibli movies in postcard form! The cardstock of these postcards are the perfect thickness,plus they're a very high quality print.

Got this as a Christmas present for my sister. So much cool art on the postcards. My sister puts them on her wall in a collage.

I was looking for cute postcards to 1) have for myself to decorate my nail art studio and 2) to write thank you notes to my clients when I moved to another city. I'm a huge fan of Studio Ghibli movies so as soon as I saw this collection of postcards, I instantly added it to my cart, lol! The front of the card (with the images) has a glossy finish and the back is more matte - which is great for writing and doens't cause any smearing. I recommend a ballpoint pen but if you choose to write with a gel pen, just let it sit for a little bit to dry.

My best friend has seen every Studio Ghibli movie there is. They go to cons on occasion and always seem to buy sketches related to the films. Their favorite is Castle In The Sky. I bought this and a Castle In The Sky music box for them. They absolutely loved it.

É uma obra prima, pra quem é fã é uma preciosidade. Foi uma das compras mais perfeitas que eu fiz e valeu muito à pena. Começando pela caixa que é uma fofura, e os photocards dispensa comentários, a qualidade das imagens e do material é de primeira. O produto chegou apenas com uma pequena marca na frente mas nada que tirasse a beleza do produto, fora isso estava em ótimo estado. N tem como não amar ter registros do studio que tem um lugar no seu coração.
