Does the case protect the camera?

It doesn't cover it but if the phone falls, the case sticks out a little on the edges which would protect the camera. I love it. It's great and a great price.

Will this fit over a camera screen protector?

YES it will perfectly,i have one on mine to.

Does this case have usb c sized hole at the bottom?

Yes. This case all the appropriate holes to fit the iPhone 11 Pro Max & they are all lined up perfect. The case is one of the few clear cases that I found that actually folds enough around the screen edge to protect it. I am very happy with it, months & months later. Perfect paired with a popsocket. ☺️👍
