I don't think this stuff did anything for me
You know I don't know if this stuff did any good for me or not. It might for some people I'm going to give it five because it seemed like it gave me some energy but I'm really not sure if he did anything for me. Sorry it's like most supplements. I think a bunch of it is bull crap

Good, but Prefer the Other Version
These work fine and my husband likes them, but he prefers the Ultra version we’ve used before. They feel a bit different, so just something to keep in mind if you’re used to the other one. Still easy to take and overall a decent option.

Wow so the recommended dosage is 4 tablets a day seems a little excessive to me but that is the dosage on the bottle!

I like this 1 compared to the other Nugenix

The Tablets are *very* large!
This first paragraph is an update. In spite of the difficulties listed below, this is one of the few supplements that I can say for sure makes a difference in my physical performance. This stuff may be difficult to choke down, but I could feel it working within a few days of starting this supplement. And after a week, I have been able to cut back to dosage to 1/2 (2 tabs instead of 4) and it is still working! Original post: I have taken many medications, vitamins and supplements. In 40 years of taken all shapes and sizes, I have never had such a difficult time swallowing tablets. These things are HUGE, and the serving size is 4 tablets daily. I tried different techniques for swallowing each one individually, but each one got caught in my throat. No amount of water would push it down. I had to eat some pretzels and wash those down with water to make the tablets go down. I will keep trying, but unless I can develop a better technique, I don't know that I want to put myself through that every day. *update- Glad I kept trying!
