no picture holder, wallet is kinda small haven't use it, going to give it away.

If hooked on your right side belt loop it fits perfect to right back pocket. Same goes for the left side.

From connector ring to clip is 17 inches. The chain itself is 15" the clip and ring add 2 more inches.
