Just need a few parts for my Ruko drone . These fit fine . Price was perfect . Did the trick . Happy with purchase

I flew my drone in an open field and a strong gust of wind carried it out of sight. When I recovered the drone, one of the front legs were damaged along with one of the rear lights completely missing. The replacement parts fit perfectly and the damaged drone looked just as it did when initially pulled out of the packaging, brand new. The parts worked very well, and I would recommend and purchase many times over if I needed to.

Parts fit fine, order was received early then expected

I had an issue with the video not coming through. This was not an easy fix as I fly my drone pretty often. I thought maybe something was wrong with the gimbal so I contacted Ruko. To my surprise in a matter of minutes I received and email asking me a few simple questions about my issue. I answered the questions and I received another email again within minutes with a possible resolution. I followed the troubleshooting to the letter and low and behold the issue was resolved. No that’s great Customer service. They even asked me to contact them to let them know if the issue was resolved .I was happy to follow up with them because they had the resolution and the issue was fixed. I”m back up and flying again and taking videos and pictures so this was a great experience for Me. Thanks Ruko I’m a customer 4 Life …

The F11 did not preform as I thought it might features didn't work like follow me and tracking. In my opinion save your money and save up for the DJI

This is my first drone along with the fact that I’m 75. I find the drone is all that is advertised, easy to set up and use. I did have one problem with the drone not connecting with my iPhone.....called customer service, problem solved. It turns out that if your are playing around with the drone in your yard and your home WiFi is on auto-join the iPhone will not connect with drone WiFi..........turn off your auto-join if your home WiFi is connected to your phone.

Great support getting remote ID module for am older drone. FII GIM2 is a great drone.
