Small and easy to use
The logistics was very fast. The packing is strong and firm. It looked beautiful, Small and delicate. The setup steps were simple. Follow the instructions and it was ready in a moment. Speed is also very fast, smooth, no jam. Excellent quality and reasonable price, worth to buy.

Help with our WiFi range
It realllllly helps to maximize our kitchen WiFi! It was only one bar before I bought it. Now it’s back to three bars!! I can even use my echo dot in my kitchen now. So happy with this product.

Caused electrical issue
Plugged extender into known working wall plug and spark flew everywhere. Knocked the power out on my 2nd and 3rd floor. Still unsure what the reason was for this but still investigating. I'd previously had a massage chair plugged into the same wall plug with no issues.

The beat WiFi extender
I needed help setting my Farfi up because I’m computer illiterate and the gentleman walked me through the set up on Skyp. My farfi is awesome we got very poor WiFi connection in our basement until I purchased the farfi extender the price and the quality is THE BEST

Will not work for what we hoped it would.
Unfortunately we can't use this because of where we live. We are on the landlord's wifi and cable network, so it will not work for us. Sorry, but we are sending these back.

Bad customer service
Extender would not connect to my computer after following the set up directions. I googled a customer support phone number and there is only an email to contact.

The installation was easy and the product extended WiFi to a room that we could not get access in previously. it performed exactly the way I hoped it would.

It was easy to install and was working well, but stopped functioning in a couple weeks. update after reseting it works well again. changing to 4 stars
