Take from this what you will. First this is not a paid review, I am not recieving any compensation from Amazon nor coach soak, other than the benefits I've felt from the product. I just turn 50, I work heavy highway construction, and I try to workout 3 to 4 days a week. When I work theres days where I've sweat to my knees, 90 degree plus weather, 325 to 350 degree asphalt. Its a diffrent hot, I wake up in the middle of the night cramping in my hamstring or abs 75% of the time. My wife bought me this, she said its a bit expensive compared to Epson salt but its magnesium. I appreciated that she had got me something to try to help, I honestly thought it was just another magic trick gimmick. The first thing I notice was the scent, she had got me the eucalyptus one, the smell was nice, it is relaxing, absolutely love it however I'd bath in skunk oil if I didnt have the cramps and could sleep through the night. Ok not really but if it didnt smell great I would absolutely still buy it. 20 minute bath this 3 times a week or more if its been that type of week. Cramps have gone away, and I feel great. I purchased more and will continue. On a side note , I read these reviews about the bags not sealing and rip easy, to that I say if you open it like a 3 year old on Christmas or a birthday expect what you get, most likely it's from you. If you open it like theres a bunch of magnesium salt flakes in it and don't want to spill it, everything should be fine. What's another ten seconds to open it. Hope this helps anyone on the fence. It's 1 bag, 30 bucks, it last and works. If you dont like dont buy another bag but like I said I didn't and now I feel strong enough about it to write this honest review.

I have fibromyalgia and have had back surgery. My muscle and joint pain can be overwhelming at times. When I started looking for a new Epsom salt with Essential oils added, I bought a few different brands to compare. I have tried them all now and I can say that I received the most lasting relief from this Muscle Soak. My favorite part was the scent of the oils. It is strong enough to fill the room but not so strong it is overpowering.I have been previously adding my own personal oils to plan Epsom salt baths. That method left my tub very oily and created more clean up. That felt counter productive to me because after cleaning a garden tub, all the good the soak did was gone. These salts didn't leave a oily film on my tub. Just a rinse and it was gone.The price is a little high for the amount in the bag. The bag I received was only 3/4th filled which disappointed me some but not enough to cause me not to purchase this again.Overall, I recommend the Muscle Recovery in the cooling peppermint scent. It was very relaxing during the soak and stayed with me well after I got out. I added a little peppermint oil to my body lotion after, and that was a good combo as well.

This has absolutely saved my football loving son. He was so sore he could barely move after practices. I got this and convinced him to take a soak and now he can't live without it. His recovery time post work out has been cut in half. It has been a lifesaver!!

My daughter wrestles and really feels the recovery from the product. We have purchased regular Epsom salt for year, but now she prefers this mixture

After not being able to work out in a gym for a majority of the pandemic, my gym is finally open again and I'm able to train legs again like normal, twice each week-- fantastic! However, jumping back into it after taking that much time off means my legs have been incredibly sore to the point that I wasn't able to train as frequently as I'd like. Hence the desire to try this product. I originally bought Dr. Teals unscented epsom salt but didn't really notice a difference in recovery time so I started looking around for something else, which is how I stumbled upon this product. I was hesitant at first because it seemed a bit pricey, but it had great reviews so I thought I'd try it out. As of last night, I finished the bag so I thought I'd finally write my review and the consensus is... I LOVE THIS STUFF. The smell is phenomenal and is perfect to help me relax before bed, and I surprisingly noticed a remarkable difference in my muscle soreness over Dr. Teals. I kind of figured all epsom salts were the same but I guess not. All-in-all, I would say this is 100% worth the price PLUS I received a hand-written note from them thanking me for supporting their small business. That was just the cherry on top of an already amazing experience. I will definitely be buying this brand from now on:)

I would like to take this time to explain how amazing this product (coach soak, muscle recovery) is. I am a railroad conductor/ switchman. I consistently ride on train cars and throw switches to run on different tracks. It’s tough work. Anyhow, I’m am constantly having muscle pains in my arms, legs, back and neck. Everything aches.I’ve read reviews on this product and they convinced me to make the purchase. Honestly, I thought, ehh I doubt this will help. WELL IT DID!!I used this one time so far as I received it two days ago then lagged on trying it. Holy smokes, I have been ache free for 24 hours. I used as the directions stated. 1-2 cups in warm water. I soaked in the tub for 20 minutes the washed off.Typically after a normal soak in the tub or shower, I limp to the couch or to the kitchen to cook dinner.This’s product doesn’t heal you, but it does make you feel amazing. Smooth skin and the one I bought “cooling peppermint” cleared my sinuses and made my joints ache free. One thing I learned, DO NOT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER. This stuff works for me. It may not be the best for everyone, but I will recommend this product to anyone. To the manufactures, THANK YOU for these past 24 hours at the least, for allowing me to feel human again.

As mentioned above, this is a good product and it feels like it works slightly better than Epsom salts, albeit at more than double the price... I've ordered this product going on 6 months subscription. Now I get two packages every month... I can say that of those 12 to 15 bags. Probably three of them have been able to be resealed, that's my major gripe is that the bags never maintain integrity on the resealing portion. The reseal strip itself falls away from the coach soak bag. This is just an inconvenience as if I don't remember to go get a Ziploc bag to transfer I could be in the tub or nearby and accidentally knock the bag over there by losing $30.I want to try some of the in other scents and blends but just keep in mind and consider it a given you will need to transfer to your resealable bag

Scent is quite strong when you first open the bag and can be overpowering at first. Had to leave the bathroom door open while filling the tub and let the scent escape. Very relaxing bath and soothes the muscles. Unintentionally left the bag open for a few days and the scent wasn’t nearly as strong when I used it again. That took care of my only concern with these flakes.
