Dromedary Diced Pimientos (Pack of 4) 4 oz Jars

My favorite brand and not found in my hometown anymore - only imports available.These are American products from an American company. I will pay a little more to support American farmers. HyVee may still carry in stores but too far away from where I live.

I always use the Dromedary Diced Pimientos so I have nothing to compare them to.

We LOVE this - it goes into every salad and soup! We love it and it's always fresh - and - it's chipped for us so no work. ABSOLUTELY DELISCIOUS and FRESH!

Over priced

I use this product in cooking all the time. I had to order from Amazon because my local grocery stores do not carry it.

My wife was lamenting her failure to find Pimientos in the supermarket, so I went to my alternate source: amazon prime. There I found Dromedary Pimientos in nice little 4 oz. Glass jars with metal lids, just like in the good old days. The price for three jars in a pack was reasonable, and I'm going to need to buy some more.Let's be clear: glass is a much healthier choice of container than plastic for food. Glass doesn't absorb odors, leak, or give off noxious chemicals to the contents.Be aware that these jars are SEALED, as in those metal lids are sucked onto the glass containers with a strong vacuum. So, to open a jar you first need to pop the edge of the lid open enough to release the vacuum. Then you can unscrew the lid and enjoy those little red guys.

Very flavorful.

DO NOT BUY THESE -- THERE IS NO EXPIRATION DATE AND YOU CAN'T RETURN THEM. They don't look right either (pale red???!!!). You've been warned!
