It's showing a left hand but saying right hand. which one is it for real?

So many misleading answers. People need to look at Andersen's site for defining right and left hand windows. A right hand window has the lock on the right. The operator will be on the opposite side, the left, and a operator solid arm will point to the lock on the right.

Is this a direct replacement for 7095 L? Has face mounted bracket instead of bottom bracket

It says that the color is stone but then it states that the finish is white. I want to make sure that I am ordering the stone to match the left hand ?

Good question. You will get stone color. You can change to options white but extra parts are required. Thus unit comes in stone color.

The hand designation refers to which side the window opens on, not the side where the hardware is mounted. ie, if the window mechanism is mounted on the right side but the window opens on the left side, it is a "Left Hand".
