This is very refined and works great whether you’re deep frying meat or vegetables, ( much better for you than Crisco etc.) adding it to cast iron skillets, softening dry, cracked skin, or using it in the bedroom. Review: Can’t say enough good things about this coconut oil - My cat had skin issues and I read that coconut oil could help. I had bought one from somewhere and it was OK and then I tried these ones off desertcart and they are a game changer. Not only did it help my cat skin, but she’s obsessed with eating it. I give her a little bit each day and it has helped with her digestive issues. I also use it on my skin. There’s so many uses for it and this is the best I’ve found and it’s also one of the cheapest. This is the only brand I will buy from now on.

Can’t say enough good things about this coconut oil
My cat had skin issues and I read that coconut oil could help. I had bought one from somewhere and it was OK and then I tried these ones off Amazon and they are a game changer.
