There are a couple of fan styles, but many of them fit multiple models. Just check your model for fit first. This was VERY tough to slide onto the motor shaft, but once it's on, it's a great fit. Word of advice: If you're replacing one of these because of broken fins, or because of a noisy / vibrating evap fan in your fridge, you MORE THAN LIKELY need to replace the rubber grommets from above / below the evap motor as well. Check for those, save yourself some trouble and go ahead and replace them at the same time. If your fan got noisy it's probably because the grommets got torn and worn first, and so you need to replace those too - at least, if you don't want to do this same repair in a couple more months :)

I installed this as a replacement for the original that was no longer available. Just make sure the shaft is same and the diameter is the same as original. It was difficult to determine diameter on my original as it disintegrated but this one was perfect and installed quickly and it is quiet.

Works in a 1970s vintage Hotpoint refrigerator! Original fan is 5 blade design but this works like a charm. And yes, I need to replace this old energy hog...

Had an issue with my evap fan and began to chip off bits of the fins causing major vibration and noise. Was able to quickly and simply replace the fan located in the housing behind the freezer drawers. Easy DIY job.

In the end I was able to remove the old fan from the evap motor by just pulling it off and did not require the new fan but have kept it.

Gas fire place fan I chose this fas as I knew that the blade design would make it fairly quiet.
