It's so good I'll never go back to the other brand I used to get

good stuff works great

I didn't realize I purchased a two pack. This will last me awhile. I'll have to think of other ideas to use it or make a ton of mexican food for awhile. The bottom of the bag had a small hole in it and got all over the box. The packing sucks. I just put it in a baggje. Some reviewers complained about the expired expiration date . I haven't looked at that yet but I will. Other than that, good product.

I've no idea why white corn has become so ubiquitous- it has neither the flavor nor the nutritional value of yellow; it is easier on the farmers and handlers. At any rate, this is a good product, with the proper consistency for tortillas. At over $10/kilo, it's not a cheap way to make tortillas and I keep wavering about reordering, but if you're not as cheap as I am it's much better than what you can usually get at the grocery store.

Espectacular

The item itself, Maseca, is great. The company Amazon chose to send it to me, not so much. Sophie And Akyzia Business Ventures out of Texas only has a 37% positive feedback score on Amazon. Based off the packaging and shipping box, they basically go to their local grocery store, wrap it in brown paper, and toss it into the cheapest mailing box they can find. They didn't even use cushioning to protect it. Their 37% positive feedback score led to 100% waste of food. Unacceptable.

This is the perfect fine grind needed for corn tortillas.
