Source Naturals Life Force Multiple Energy Activator*, 180 Capsules

I have been taking these Multivitamins for 2 months now and am getting ready to order a new bottle. I have never been a fan of Multivitamins because they didn't make me feel that great and I could never figure out what ingredient bothered me. So I took many different vitamins individually (most are included in this mutlivitamin). I've been a fan of Source Naturals Products ever since they were recommended to me as a high-quality, vitamin brand from my friends at the local health food store. I saw these multis at a good price on Amazon and decided to give them a try. I take 3-4 capsules/day in the morning, after a healthy breakfast. I would never take them on an empty stomach as I believe they work best when taken with food. What I've noticed is my mood is better, I have more energy, I sleep better, and wake up earlier and more refreshed than before. Winter is usually my time to be somewhat depressed and lethargic (Seasonal Affective Disorder?) but I haven't noticed that this winter. I still take another D3 tablet, Glucosamine and Folic Acid but that's it. I used to always wake up in the middle of the night and stay awake for a couple of hours but find I'm not doing that as much anymore either. These Vitamins are a Win!

This multivitamin has a lot of ingredients that are not normally found in multivitamins. I think that this will be much better for me than the run of the mill multivitamins. To maintain a healthy body you must also think about cell health and the mitochondria health. I think that this multivitamin with a few other ingredients everyday will help me lead a healthier life.

This is one of my favorite multivitamins. I used to take another brand where you'd need 6 tablets a day. Monster sized pressed tablets. With this brand. You only need 4. Open smelling the bottle. You know you're getting a legitimate multivitamin because it highly aromatic scents of herbs. It has a nice balanced blend of the staple vitamins alongside of some other added goodies. The additional herbs are a little light in dosage, but it's still nice to have in a multi. I've been taking them for close to a year and feel very invigorated through out the day. The only reason I take a multivitamin in the first place is because I lack the proper nutrients in my diet. Thus needing a multivitamin. Also helps me with recovery through-out the day as I have heavy weight lifting sessions throughout the week. I'd recommend it to anyone as a staple to their daily regimen.

This multi-vitamin deserves 6 stars! I used to take Animal Pack multi when I did P-90x , than switched to Optimens when I resumed normal lifting. I am very active, work 10 hour days, 6 days a week, lift 3-4x per week and fight Krav Maga ( Martial arts). I always took a multi vitamin just to take one because I knew I needed to get all my vitamins and minerals. I never felt any different from taking them, except perhaps Animal pack which gave me slightly more energy. Within two weeks of taking these I feel more alert, awake, and generally overall better (Could be a placebo effect). What I did notice for sure is my skin is better than normal and so are the circles under my eye. Take every review with a grain of salt, but research the stuff that is in this pill as I did and you will see there are clear benefits to this multi-vitamin. For the price it cannot be beaten!

I had been looking for a long time to find some really good vitamins with most everything I needed in them, but didn't contain Yeast or Sugar. These Source Naturals Life Force Multiple Vitamins Do Not contain either yeast or sugar. Even though I was looking for vitamins like these, my sister is the one who told me about them. They were recommended to her by her Naturopathic Doctor. He told her to take these but work up to the full dosage by starting with one a day. He said they are so strong that she may feel off if she doesn't work up slowly. She told me the first few days, she could feel how energized they made her feel. After hearing how well these worked for my sister, I decided to buy them for myself. They have almost every vitamin and mineral listed that I think I need..... and no yeast or sugar added. I didn't notice a dramatic difference like she did, but I did notice I sleep very well and feel good all day. Recently, my Husband has gotten on a health kick and is trying everything he can to be well. He was just diagnosed with Macular Degeneration and is taking vitamins for that. He decided that not only should he take vitamins for his eyes, but he needed to work on his entire body. He started taking these vitamins daily. He mentioned to me that he noticed a marked difference from when he wasn't taking them. They must be working well for him because he is planning on ordering more and he isn't one to take pills that don't work. For those of you who can't do Soy... these do contain soy. We are hoping that these vitamins help us build up our immunity so we don't have to get a flu shot this winter. I have heard some not so good things about flu shots. So, we are building ourselves up with these vitamins to have strong bodies to help fight the colds and flu.
