Great heavier pan. Bought it to make foccacia and it works perfectly. Holds the heat for a crisp bottom. Easy to clean. No warping in the oven at high heat. All of their pans and made in US.

This works so well! No more burnt edges and undercooked centers. I've made evenly-cooked cake and pumpkin bread in it several times. I still butter the sides, but the cakes/breads slide right out... not even sticking a little, making it very easy to clean. Probably could do without buttering the sides, but a little butter never hurt.

Non stick. Bakes very well and even. Thick material. Just love it. Great size. Made in the USA!

This is not my first USA and will not be my last! This 9x9 is perfect for that larger box of brownies or other baking needs. I have been gradually replacing most of my baking pans with USA pans as these are all you will ever need! Very high quality, non-stick, and easy to clean. Moving from glass to these pans has completely upped by baking game. I didn't realize the difference that could make and they are easy to clean with a little soap and a good wipe/dry. These are your cheapy throw away after a few years of use pans, but the kind you keep for a long time. Note: Do cut anything like brownies while they are still in the pan, because that will scratch/mar the non-stick surface.

I had my first exposure to USA Pan Nonstick Bakeware at my sister's house, It was a revelation to me. Over the years I;ve tried a number of brands of bakeware, both regular and non-stick. Most were nothing to write home about but they did get the job done, though with varying degrees of cleanup difficulty. Then I tried baking with the USA Pan Bakeware. Not only did food cook well on it, but it also did not stick. Even better, cleanup was where these pans really excel. A pork tenderloin was cooked on a USA baking sheet with parchment paper underneath. Juices ran off onto the pan's surface and burned. Once cooled, I got ready to clean the pan and started by placing it under running hot tap water. After a moment the burned juices began to slide down the pan. After that a few passes with a soapy dishrag had the pan clean. A word of warning: DO NOT wash these pans in a dishwasher as it will ruin the special coating that gives these pans their non-stick property. When baking, I still appropriately prepare any pans where I'm baking food in direct contact with the food (for instance. I rub some olive oil or vegetable shortening over the surface of pans in which I cook cornbread, bake a cake or other baked dessert, or that I cook meats like a chicken breast. Cleanup is always a quick job making your life easier. These are very nicely construct pans made in the USA! I haven't see any signs of rust or wear after several years of use. As I said, avoid the dishwasher with these pans and they retain their appearance and non-stick properties. When we stack pans together, we usually place a sheet between the pans to prevent wear from the pans rubbing against each other. You may find cheaper brands out there but you get what you pay for, and with USA brands you're paying a bit extra for the performance and durability. I am also glad to buy products made in the USA and providing jobs to hardworking Americans;

I bake a great deal and USA pans are the best. They are high quality, sturdy and do not stick and clean perfectly, looking like new after many uses. I have several in different sizes and wouldn’t buy anything else now.
