Can you post an actual size chart for these gloves? Such as size around hand/wrist, length of fingers?

Palm circumference: XS: 6-6 1/2", S: 6 1/2-7 1/4", M: 7 1/4-8", L: 8-8 3/4", XL: 8 3/4-9 1/4", XXL: 9 1/4-10"

What keeps these gloves from sliding towards the wrist?

I do have to keep pulling them up. But I am 5' - 3' nd 115 lbs. small frame and thin arms. Though I do like the gloves. It is unfortunate when they make things in unisex.
