2m firewood rack with cover

This is a large good value for money woodstore that is a fraction the cost of smaller wooden ones. It may not look as pretty as a wooden log store, but it does a good job of keeping logs dry. It is a bit of a fiddle putting it up, but once assembled seems sturdy enough.

I thought it didn`t look very sturdy but once I had half filled it , seemed very secure .Still think I should do something about the top but now that it`s three quarters full and seems stable ,, probably won`t bother . Good size , lots of logs stored . Rainproof sheets works ok , it is quite large so when it`s windy I weigh it done otherwise it becomes like sail . There is no floor or sides to it so you have to put longer logs on the bottom struts and the sides . Cheap alternative to a wooden wood store .

I don’t know what VOUNOT stands for, but I assume it’s short for “Very Obviously Unfit for Outdoors—No Other Thoughts.” The moment I assembled this so-called firewood rack, I knew I’d made a grave mistake. The metal is so thin and wobbly that it feels like it’s held together with the sheer force of wishful thinking and maybe a prayer. It's like a house of cards, only less structurally sound. My dog sneezed nearby, and I swear I saw the thing quake in fear. The gap between the front and back bars is a design flaw so absurd it’s almost impressive. They’re too wide to keep the logs elevated off the ground and to stop them from tumbling out the sides. It’s less a log rack and more a chaotic pile facilitator. Then there’s the "waterproof" cover. Spoiler alert: it’s as waterproof as a tea bag. The tarp flaps open at the slightest breeze—as if it’s performing interpretive dance to mock my pain. I tried securing it, but the velcro closures are so weak they might as well have been applied with kindergarten glue sticks. Now my firewood is soaked, and I'm contemplating just setting the whole rack on fire for warmth. Irony, meet utility. Do yourself a favor: save your money, your firewood, and your sanity. Unless you enjoy being personally victimized by a log rack, avoid this product at all costs. VOUNOT? More like VOUDON’T.

Not the most sturdy structure and i needed to add a washer to bridge gaps here the nuts bolts and washers fit. Very easy to put together and very light weight. It has a decent cover which again is easy to fit, just a shame that its not securely fitted to the frame so I used cable ties. Plenty of storage and could do with a bottom shelf to stop you logs or bags of logs from falling through, but this is something you can easily do yourself like i did so it suited my needs. Value for money despite one or two little giggles, so nearly four stars

Easy to assemble. Simple design. The cover is a poor fit - too deep of the unit and too short for the width. Stitching is also dodgy. This is a square u shaped storage unit so the lower joints are a weak spot. Having said all this,I've decided to keep it anyway and I've added a brace across the top to stop uprights splaying out. I'm sure it will do the job but it's disappointing.

Bought this initially as a "quick fix" towards the end of burning season when the cold weather wouldn't quite pack it in for the year but the other stores were already full for next season. Went together easily and the frame is light enough to move around till you get the right spot for it. It swallowed a "tipped cubic meter" load no problem at all, guessing about 1.5cube would be doable if your stacking is on point. I would say solid, flat ground such as slabs would be the best surface for this and if you get a lot of wind, consider protecting it a little or the velcro-closed front of the cover might start an interest in interpretive dance but overall this has performed really well. Now using it for seasoning wood for next year, keeping it open whenever it isn't raining and it's doing well at that too. Would be 5 stars but the hardware exposed to the elements under the bottom of the cover started showing surface rust quite quickly and where the bolts joining the sections at the top of the side supports contact the cover, they have put holes in it. This would be prevented by popping a bit of foam or even just a bit of plastic over the end of the bolt on assembly to extend it's life a bit. Overall a great wee store at a reasonable price when you need a bit more space quickly or have a small-footprint space available.

The frame is to wide and logs are falling through the bottom so i have to put some extra support on the bottom except that it's OK for the money. Im absolutely disappointed about cover, it's very poor quality and it's not opening on the front for easy access as shown on the picture I have to pull out all of it to access the logs. Wouldn't buy it if I knew that and that was the only reason I got it on the first place as I wanted quick access. I wouldn't recommend it if thats the main reason for buying it.

Produit facile à monter en 20 mn environ. Le contenu du carton était complet en nombre de vis et boulon. Tous les trous étaient bien faits et coïncidaient. Cela m'a permis d'y ranger, par serre bûche, 1 stère de bois en 30 cm env soit toute la hauteur du produit sur toute la longueur. Les côtés ne se sont pas écartés et, depuis 10 jours malgré du vent bien soutenu en bord de mer, ils ( 4 serre bûches commandés et montés) n'ont pas bougés. La housse est plus fine que d'autres bâche mais elle fait le job et s'adapte bien. J'y ai ajouté quelques sandows pour attacher le bas de la housse. Seulement un œillet de chaque coté (1 au milieu serait bienvenu si on ne ferme pas le serre bûche complètement pour aérer) En résumé un produit satisfaisant.

Lo hemos montado en interior de un garaje y muy bien. Tiene bastante cabida. Por sacar una pega quizas la l9na no es que sea una maravilla y no acopla muy bien. Debería ser un poco más robusta y más holgada!

C'est le deuxième exemplaire que j'achète. Le troisième, commandé en même temps, arrive demain avec le même transporteur (probablement expédié d'un entrepôt différent). Je tiens à signaler qu'il manquait la visserie complète dans ce colis. Si je n'avais pas déchiré le carton en plusieurs morceaux en l'ouvrant, je l'aurais renvoyé au lieu de passer mon après-midi à couper des tiges filetées à la bonne dimension. Malgré ce désagrément, le produit offre un bon rapport qualité-prix lorsqu'il est complet.

Produit correct mais fragile ! Le montage est simple et la mise en place des buches est facile. Par contre la bâche n'est pas d'une super bonne qualité et il faut l'installer sur un sol dur et surtout plat. Je pense qu'il tiendra 1-2ans mais pas plus en extérieur pour moi. Je recommande si vous l'avez en promotion (50€ les 3m) sinon ne vaut pas son prix.
