Great quality frames, well packaged. There’s some debris packaged between the glass and mat that I’m hoping will clean up easily when I place our pictures in the frames. Very happy with the product, would definitely recommend and would purchase from this company again.

I bought a set of these frames from the "used" category and they look brand new... even came in the original box when shipped. They look perfect and can be used with or without the mats. Lightweight enough that they only need small nails to hang. For the price it cant be beat!

The frame arrived very well protected with corner protectors and foam inserts inside a box within a box. It has real wood and real glass. I had ordered a frame from another company and that one only came in a box. The frame was damaged and so was the box. I paid $10 more and got this frame. It was worth the extra money to get a good product because I had to give it as a gift and I had no time to exchange it again. I would buy from this company again.

The first shipment i received had a broken pane of glass. The box was in perfect condition. I thought that was really odd but Amazon shipped a replacement and it came a day later. Now the second one was in perfect condition. The frame itself is heavy duty (thin but sturdy). The product description says wood and I don't doubt it. The matte that is provided is actually 1 5x7 not 2 4x6's. Others have said the same thing. I hope they change the description. The matte is thick as you would expect and the backing material is again thick. I had no problem putting an 11x14 photo in the frame and closing the tabs. The tabs are sturdy metal. I know i keep using the same words but it's true. I got mine in solid black. No seams show at the corners. I would definitely buy another one from the same company.

Product came without damage. Packaged well. Overall the frame was fine. However, returned because the mat isn't a crisp white its more of an off white with gray undertones. This color mat would look nice against gray walls or cool colors but didn't pair well with my beige walls. Just something to keep in mind before purchasing.

Beautiful frame at a reasonable price. We had a coworker that was leaving, and wanted a frame they could handle two 4 x 6 pictures, and where the coworkers could sign the mat around the pictures and wish her well. This works perfectly. The ink did not run When we signed the mat with a ball point pen. It was perfect. The frame itself is nicely made, the mat is attractive and nicely cut, and the overall presentation looks professional.

Was a little concerned ordering a frame with a large piece of glass from Amazon US as it has thousands of kms to cross to get to me but I was pleasantly surprised. Very well packaged to prevent breakage. The quality of the frame itself is once again very high for it's price point ~$75AUD, most in Australia at this price point are either MDF or poor construction for this size. Highly recommend. One special note, the matting has a blue/grey tint to the white so it has a cool white look, won't matter if you mix and match frames or if it's nowhere near another piece of art, however it's a very different colour to the matting around my other art pieces.

Used for family photos for my Mom's 100th Birthday. Family members wrote greetings on the matte; it was the perfect gift!

I got these frames as an alternative to the $73.00 that was quoted locally. Be aware that the opening is exactly 6.5x4.5 so if you have an actual 5x7 or a bit bigger picture, they won't work for you. You may be able to get the mat cut a bit bigger for a nominal price and that would work. The frame seems sturdy enough for a display. I am grouping several together and I think they will work - with modifications. If they cannot be modified locally, back they go.

Absolutely love the frames and they are the perfect size with the perfect mat I was looking for. I am a little disappointed in the quality of one of the frames. I only needed 3 so I bought 2 packs and have an “extra” so I was able to use the 3 good ones for hanging. Not worth my time or effort to return one of the boxes to hopefully get a new set without any dings in the frame, but disappointing that if I use the 4th one elsewhere it isn’t going to be in good shape. Still like the frames and they do the job for what I need but beware that they may come with some dings around the frame and may need to be exchanged until you get the right quality.
