NutraOne ProteinOne Whey Protein Promote Recovery and Build Muscle with a Protein Shake Powder for Men & Women (Vanilla Ice Cream - 5 lbs.)

Protein one was initially recommended to me in a health shop close to my gym. I was using another product that they were out of, but the gal there raved about the flavor (I'm a stickler for flavor). ProteinOne offers an affordable, yet quality product. I love the deep vanilla flavor of ProteinOne. Not only is it great as a protein shake, but I use it in smoothies and sprinkle some in my oatmeal as well.

First, this is super cheap for the quality and amount of this protein powder. Second, the taste is amazing when you combine it with milk instead of water (I don't usually care about the carbs that come with it). And third, this product has all the nutrients you need without the unnecessary extra sugar, carbs, and fat. I use it every single day for replacement for meals sometimes or for a snack. I do use it for the extra protein I need for exercising and this helps me meet my macro goals.

Good product. I like the taste, and it mixes reasonably well. I really like the lower sugar, calorie and fat content however.

I’ve been drinking this protein for years. All of the flavors I’ve tried any delicious, it’s low/carb/fat, and just what I need to ensure I’m getting enough protein daily.

Most of the time you have to sacrifice taste for quality. Finally Protein that gives you both!!

This is a really good shake for you if you are someone who can take very very sweet protein powder. I got it Because my husband’s protein wasn’t available. He couldn’t even finish the first one I made him, and he likes sweet. So I have used it for my 11 year old sons and it’s even too sweet for them as well.

Great protein tastes delicious, it’s a huge bottle too so it lasts. I love it.
