KId wears it all the time. He loves it. I bought 4 different necklaces for him to chew or fiddle with since he has so much nervous energy! These really help. He loves this one and it's holding up to his chewing...he's 5 1/2.

Awesome chewy! This necklace is fantastic. It stops my 4 year old from chewing on his lips and instead he chews on his shark tooth. He loves that it looks like a real shark tooth and I love that it is a discreet style of a chewy. He has gotten many compliments on it and his OT was super impressed with the style and quality.

I bought this for my typically developing 6yo son who is getting all of his molars in. He was chewing on his fingers and toys, and after getting a wicked case of HFMD, I had to find something safe for him to meet his sensory-oral needs without damaging his teeth, or sticking things in his mouth that could increase his chances of getting sick. He loves this necklace and thinks it's awesome. I love it because it cleans easily and does not look like a chew toy. The shark tooth is a great shape that gets back to those molars. The cord is soft, and the plastic clasp is sturdy. I will be recommending this to parents of kids with teething and certain oral-sensory issues.

These seem to be well made, I like that the cord has a safety release on it. I bought two versions of them for my four year old who keeps chewing up his shirts. They do seem a bit big for his mouth and he complains that they are making his teeth sore. I don't think the soreness is the necklaces fault, just how hard he is biting on them, but I thought I would note it.

My eight-year-old is a chewer, and I thought it would be good for him and autistic kids like him. He loved it, but it's too soft for him. He ended up chewing it and the tip of it started to come off. It was great while it lasted. He really seemed to like it.

Bought this for my grandson who is Autistic, great for him ,especially when he is nervous or tired.

This sharks tooth is awesome! My son who is in the first grade really grinds on this thing. He has yet to damage it. I highly recommend this item.

This is definitely the coolest looking chewy necklace out there, but the child it was intended for must be a heavy chewer bc it sustained some damage within hours. That being said, it did distract him from chewing his shirts.
