Great b complex, but it smells so bad. The benefits far outweigh the smell though, so i push through and take it. Fair warning...it will change the color of you urine so don't freak out!!

Let me honestly tell you about this vitamin first of all I looked it up before I bought it it has all the B vitamins in it it is a great vitamin it takes a while to work but you know what I was seeing little spots on my hair that hair was growing in and I think my hair got a little better taking this vitamin No Doubt I just tried it for the first time and now I'm reordering it but it takes a while to get it it's a great quality it's easy to swallow and you just feel different overall I got to be honest I feel a little weak since I haven't taken it I'm waiting for it to come but it's great for your hair for your skin your nails everything it's a really great product especially for women anything with all the B vitamins are great and this is one of them overall the price is reasonably priced on Amazon it's a must-have must try must use vitamin thank you Amazon Sheila
