It’s a direct replacement. After I got the old one out it was easy to install.

This part fit my 1970 ford maverick great and in the pictures the one on the left is the old one and the one on the right is the new one. They are a little hard to install in the mavericks but works awesome

Thkught mine was bad but found out it was the high beam switch on the ground. Still replaced my switch anyways worked great in my 1988 ford f150 i6 lariat. Took 5~10 mins to install quick and easy.

Fixed my '69 Ranchero!
My dash lights didn't work and my headlights worked only after pulling the switch in and out a few times. I swapped my old headlight switch for this one and my dash now lights up in all it's green glory! The headlights work on the first try everytime!
