This is the second Coop Home Goods pillow I have purchased, and I am very happy with the quality. I personally use the Coop Crescent pillow, which has been phenomenal for me, and I decided to try this Original Adjustable Pillow for my husband. He absolutely loves it and says it provides the support and comfort he needs while sleeping. My children also tried it and liked it so much that I will be purchasing two more for them. I really like that the pillow can be adjusted to your preferred comfort level, making it easier to find the right support. After trying different pillows, I can say this one really does what it promises: it provides comfortable support for sleeping. Pros: * Adjustable fill for personalized comfort * Comfortable support for different sleeping positions * Good quality materials * Loved by my husband and children * Helps you find the right pillow height and firmness Cons: * None so far Overall: A great pillow that actually does its job. This is now the second Coop pillow I have purchased, and based on our experience, I will be buying more for my family.

Over the years, I have spent a lot of time and money buying pillows. I can never seem to find one that fits my needs. I thought this would be a good option to try because this came up as a top rated pillow from consumer reports. I really think this pillow might be the last pillow I ever need. I saw all the good reviews and I also read all the bad reviews. Pillows are very personal, and a pillow that works for one person may not work for the other person but, I decided to give this a try. I was so excited. This was on sale at Amazon and I got it same day. I have a lot of neck issues and pinched nerves so I thought this pillow would help. Once I took it out of the box, I fluffed it up by hand because I don’t have a dryer. Within 15 minutes the pillow was really fluffy. I tested it out. I’m a side sleeper. It didn’t work too well. I removed some of the stuffing which is luxuriously soft. And it seemed to be comfortable. This morning I woke up with a horrible neck and headache. So, I took a little more stuffing out. It seems to feel better now. This gives just the right amount of support. It doesn’t give too much pushback and it also doesn’t go flat. Yes, this will flatten out a little bit when you lay your head on it, but not completely to the mattress flat. I fluff it up before I go to bed and it works great. I think I have it at just the right thickness but we will see how it goes. Surprisingly, it was not too hot for me like others have reported. I do have a temperature control system on the bed so maybe that’s why the pillow temperature didn’t bother me as much. I did not have any pain in my ears from sleeping on a hard pillow. That was a big plus. It gives Justin enough support and not too much pressure so it’s perfect. The outer shell is really nice. The shell and zippers seem to be good quality. I still use a genuine silk pillowcase because I like it. I think this is my forever pillow. I will add an update after I use it for a while if anything changes. I am hoping for good durability. Last thing, this also comes with extra stuffing if you like your pillow, extra high, or if your pillow starts to go flat, you have more stuffing to put in it. Putting your pillow out in the sun or in the dryer once every couple of months will help to keep it fluffy. I don’t think I would ever wash the foam on the inside. There’s no reason for that. The outer shell is what’s going to get most dirty. Just know, I liked it so much I bought another one immediately.

Favorite pillow ever! I have tried out so many different pillows and none compare to how amazing this pillow is. It feels so supportive for my head, neck, shoulders, back. I love how customizable it is too! I sleep so much better now and wake up feeling a lot less aches and pains. I am happy I got the king size as well as it gives my shoulders a lot of support and I can use as a body pillow too!

Original Post: I’m labeling this as such as I will update once my additional fill comes in. Comfortable but thin on the filling. Lifting the pillow up, it basically folds in half. Frustratingly had to pay additional money to place a second order to get more fill. This was times 2 because I wanted the same pillows on my king bed. Disappointed that the pillow didn’t at least come full. The ‘extra’ filling supplied with it is a joke, maybe adds 1/8th of fill to it. Positives: This is a true king sized pillow, no scrimping on the sizing. The outer pillow cover is a high quality quilted fabric. It’s soft and malleable. It’s removable for washing. The inner pillow case does a good job of containing the filling, which tends to be a bit rambunctious. Once filled with included bag of filling, the pillow is now approximately 3/4 full. It has some firmness, and a lot of comfortable movement within. Very importantly, there is absolutely no smell to the pillow cases or fill. Can use it right away without having to air it out = huge plus. I just waiting on my extra fill, then will update my opinion then. Hopefully can add the additional star. Great pillow, just wish the proper amount of additional filling was included. Not the item to skimp on.

( continue my review because the space was too small ) So, once I found out that the smell was from the filling material, I put in a clean plastic bag all of it ( filling material ), let the bag open for three days and the odor was almost gone. Once I filled the pillow case with the material , I sprayed some of my favorite cologne . Finally I was able to enjoy my new pillow!!! Also I had for the first time in a long period of time, an amazing night of sleep. !!!

I bought The Coop almost a year and a half ago, and this pillow is seriously a game changer. I’ve had sleep issues my whole life and I’ve never slept deeper, quicker, and more comfortably than with this pillow. For the first time in my life, I can lie down and go to sleep almost immediately. I stay asleep, my neck and back never hurt, and it’s so SO comfortable. The pillow is completely adjustable; it can be as firm or as soft as you want it. It’s not too heavy, so you can take it with you during travel. I’ve personally found that it doesn’t flatten out very much if you just fluff it by hand before you lay on it or rub it on low through the dryer every once in a while. The zipper is very secure and the stuffing has never come out. Also the actual pillow cover that it comes with is very comfortable and easy to wash. I will say, when I first bought it the smell was BAD. That went away pretty quickly and I have not had any issues since. My only complaint about this pillow is that it makes my head hot when I sleep so I get a little sweaty in the summer, but honestly a small price to pay. This pillow is the love of my life and I don’t care how lame that makes me sound LOL

Best pillow out there. It is so comfortable. The only complaint is it takes a while for the chemical smell to go away. Other than that. It is great.

Summary at very end of review. A review with some history: These pillows are "okay", but far from the exceptional pillows that they were when the company first started in 2013 . Actually, they're pretty much nothing like what they used to be. The TRUE "original" Coop pillow, prior to the supposed "improved" version that I believe came out in 2016, was made with 100% shredded foam, with no fiberfill mixed. The foam itself was super dense, and had more of a crumbled type consistency. The pieces of foam molded around your head perfectly, like thousands of little pieces of memory foam should. The pillow also weighed a ton, in the best possible way. The foam they use now is light and airy, and what they call shredded looks more like cubes. I can't stress enough how there is no comparison between the original pillow and what they call "the original" Coop pillow now. One of those friends who I recommended the pillows to, and was as in love with it as I was, had called me upset, because she had ordered one for her son, who is always stealing her Coop pillow, and when she got it, she said that it was completely different and she hated it. So when I needed a new one, I went on and saw that they now had more than one model, but was so happy to see that they were still offering "the original". I figured that she must have ordered one of the newer types being offered, like "the Eden". When mine arrived, I knew instantly from the weight that it was over. I was beside myself, because I had struggled to sleep well for so many years, and that pillow had made such a big difference in my life. How do you completely change the innards of something, and have the nerve to name it "the original", just because it's the same size and shape as the original version? There are now many other brands who make pillows just like these. I have tried a few myself over the last several years, and with two out of three of the brands I tried, there was no noticeable difference between theirs and these, except for the price point. To make matters worse, a few years back, the brothers who started this company, are no longer the majority stake holders. Now the majority is owned by a private equity firm, so it's highly unlikely that anything about these pillows is going to get better from here. In summary, f you want an average shredded memory foam pillow, with a lightweight foam/fiber fill mix, that's what you're getting. Just keep in mind that you can also get that from any number of other companies. I'm my opinion, there's no longer anything special about coop pillows that warrants the price point.

Really soft shredded foam that moulds to head, neck and shoulders. Adjustable height. I removed about a third of the pile. I’ve tried a lot of memory foam and other pillows as I have a chronic neck problem. This is the best pillow I’ve tried and has helped me recover from tight knotted muscles to feeling Ok. Queen size is a bit bigger than standard UK pillow and needs a slightly bigger pillow case, Amazon have them of course ! I have one in silk for the ultimate in luxury !

I have bought so many pillows & spent so much money but none of them have been right for me.I asked chat GPT for the best pillow for side sleeper.This was was one of them.I received the pillow yesterday & I tried it last night.I woke up this morning not feeling sore in the neck or the shoulder.Finally I found my perfect pillow.

I never leave reviews for products, but I just had to cause Coops Adjustable Pillow has transformed my sleeping quality. It did take a few weeks to find the right amount of filling (I like a really low profile pillow) - but once I did it has improved my sleeping quality drastically. Literally for all of 2025 so far, I’ve struggled with poor sleep due to low quality cheap pillows causing me neck/shoulder pain due to misalignment. I used to always but cheap $20 pillows but could never find one that was the right firmness, they were either too low profile or too high profile. But with Coops, I got to adjust the filling just right and finally I’m able to get a good nights sleep. If you struggle with finding a pillow that doesn’t cause neck pain, you need to do yourself a favour and buy this pillow, even with the high price it’s definitely worth it.

I’ve tried a lot of pillows over the years, but this is by far the best one I’ve ever owned. Being able to adjust the amount of stuffing makes a huge difference because you can customize it to the exact firmness and height you like. It was easy to get it just right, and now I wake up without the neck pain I used to have. The pillow is comfortable, supportive, and holds its shape really well. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend it. Absolutely worth it!
