Natural Antihistamine Supplement, Sinus & Allergy Relief for Pollen, Pet Dander, Dust, Mold, and Odors, 60 Strawberry Fruit Punch Chewable Tablets

My 15 year old daughter has spring allergies. We have only ever used Allegra for them. We used to start with natural products to 'load' but come the heavy bloom season, they were not enough. Partially, this is because she didn't want to take so many pills a day, she just wanted to swallow the one Allegra. Now that she is older i reasoned with her to try a natural approach that would help her body adapt to the season rather than just cover symptoms. She agreed to try, reluctantly. Well, here we are, a couple of months into the season and other than ONE allegra she took way back in the beginning of the season ( because we were waiting for a shipment of HSP to come), she has only treated with Histamine Shield Plus and it has be PERFECT. You would never even know she had allergies except for an occasional morning sneeze and one night itchy eyes after being outside in the wind. The best part is that SHE REALIZES that the product helped her and she was amazed that she never had to take pharmaceuticals and was actually helping her body respond better. She started with a loading dose of 2 pills, 3x a day. She stayed on that dose longer than the bottle suggests because i wanted to ensure success ( although that may not have been necessary). We are now starting to wean down. I would highly recommend this product - I can't believe my eyes! I would strongly suggest that you start BEFORE the allergy season begins. Don't wait until the trees are all blooming and think a couple pills will work in one day (like pharma products might). If you start the HSP once the season starts, be patient and follow the instructions. The company is great to deal with and has answered my many questions very thoroughly. I believe you will have success!

On really bad days(Windy, dusty, and the accumulation of doggy hairs) I take about two capsules within one to two hours so that the symptoms subside. It is really irritating to have watery eyes and non-stop runny nose while the itching in the nose doesn't stop from environmental factors. Unfortunately when I have really itchy eyes from eating shellfish, I can't depend on Histamine Shield; I have to take a major pharmaceutical allergy pill-my crutch: Allegra. On a normal environmental factor day, I will just need two every 8 hours. I have reviewed and checked the ingredients on other non-pharmaceutical pills, Histamine Shield Plus works for me the best. The ingredients are perfect for the price and the relief. It is effective during an empty stomach and a full stomach, has a slightly bitter aftertaste but I rather swallow these pills then endure the allergic reactions 24/7. If you have to take more than 6 within 8 hours, I would feel comfortable you seek a doctor's assistance and check to see what is causing your allergic symptoms.

I wanted to wait to leave a review until my son had used them for a few months. He was waking up almost every day with a stuffy nose and during the peak of allergy season, itchy red eye. I wanted to try something with better ingredients, so I gave these a try. They work really well, and my son loves the taste.

Tastes awful. Unfortunately, I cannot review its effectiveness, because the taste makes my granddaughter gag. She's a trooper... tried two days in a row... choked it down day 1, but it made her gag and spit it up day 2. Was looking for a healthier option, without all the additives, like aspartame.... but for us, it was a waste of money as the remaining 58 will be trashed. :/

Worked well but sadly the NAC in it created the worst smelling chemically yucky smelling stools every single day. I just could not take it anymore and am finding a natural antihistamine without the NAC. Supposedly it can be a harmless side effect but just not ideal!

Used this as alternative to Designs for Health histaeze. 99% same ingredients.

Only allergy relief I could find after moving to an allergy ridden state! Non of my usual go-too work where I live.

Kids are not a fan of the flavor. Love the ingredients but can’t get my kids to take them.
